Haddix's Found Wins Big in Florida
Congratulations to Margaret Peterson Haddix, whose novel FOUND (Simon & Schuster, 2008), the first in The Missing series, won the 2009-2010 Sunshine State Young Reader Award for Grades 3-5. The award from Florida is selected by children across the state. For more information, click here.

We love the young readers of the state of Massachusetts—and, apparently, they love our authors! The winners of the 2010 Massachusetts Children’s Book Awards were announced this week, and it was an Adams Literary trifecta: Margaret Peterson Haddix’s FOUND (Simon & Schuster, 2008) was this year’s winner, while Jacqueline Davies’ THE LEMONADE WAR (Houghton Mifflin, 2007) and Cynthia Lord’s RULES (Scholastic Press, 2007) were among 4 honor books.
